Refunds & cancellations
Last updated: May 19, 2026
This policy explains how paid subscriptions, SMS credit packs, and related purchases work on Schedlie. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Billing & SMS spending.
1. Schedlie Plus subscriptions
Plus is billed per calendar on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider (Stripe). You can cancel renewal at any time from your account billing area or Stripe Customer Portal where available.
- After cancellation: you keep Plus features for the calendar until the end of the current paid period; then that calendar returns to the free plan.
- No partial refunds by default: we don't refund unused time in the current billing period except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise.
- Trials and promotions: trial or discounted periods convert to standard pricing when the offer ends unless you cancel before renewal.
2. SMS credits
SMS top-up packs are prepaid one-time purchases. Credits are consumed when messages are sent. Monthly SMS allowance included with Plus resets each UTC month and doesn't roll over, as shown in the app.
- Prepaid top-ups don't expire while your account remains active, subject to fair use and our Terms.
- Used credits cannot be refunded once messages have been dispatched or delivery has been attempted.
- Unused prepaid credits: if you close your account or we terminate it for breach, unused prepaid balance is generally not refundable except where required by law.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with cooling-off or refund rules for digital services, those laws may give you additional rights (for example, within 14 days of certain online purchases where applicable).
4. How to request help
For billing questions, mistaken charges, or exceptional circumstances, contact us via Contact with the email on your account and any invoice or payment reference. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
5. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated where required by law.
