SMS destination tariffs

SMS reminders use credits from your Schedlie account. The cost of each one depends on how many segments are in the message and which country you are texting. We have provided a table below with tariffs for each available region. For balances, top-ups, and whose account gets charged, see Billing & SMS spending and our Terms & Conditions.

How SMS costs are calculated

1. What's in the message — Choose what to include in your SMS using our template builder. This will calculate how long the message is and will show the number of segments in the message. (1 segment is roughly 160 characters.)

2. Which country — Some countries will cost more than 1 credit per segment. We have provided a table below with the different tariffs for each available region.

In a nutshell, short messages cost less credits, and longer messages cost more credits.

We also include a smart display whenever you are setting up an SMS reminder (for you or your clients). This will let you know how many credits that SMS will cost, based on the phone number dial code.
